Has spent his whole lifetime involved in production and ornamental agriculture. He has held a number of roles in technical, logistics, and business development capacities.

He earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Crop Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Saint Mary’s College. He holds a Pest Control Advisor (P.C.A.) license and Qualified Applicator License (Q.A.L.) with the California Department of Pesticide Regulation. He also holds a Certified Crop Advisor (C.C.A.) certificate from the American Society of Agronomy.
